Our People

We have 30 domain experts who participarte in consulting engagements. It is an experienced team with 90% of the consulting staff operating at Senior or Lead level, commensurate with the complexity of the challenges we take on.

Our team is remote-first but 100% UK based and made up 100% of full time staff.

 

Delivery Model

We try to be as accommodating as we can to adapt our way of working to suit our clients. In recent years we have:

  • Embedded sole consultants into client teams to provide specialist knowledge

  • Formed mixed teams of Unai, client and supplier staff working together on larger programmes of work

  • Taken sole responsibility for delivery; providing a team and delivery manager to take a project from inception to hand-over.

We understand that your need for external support can wax and wane over time. We commit to working flexibly with all our clients, matching the size and shape of our team to your needs - whether our engagement be short or long.

 

Ways of Working

A good consultancy is far more than the sum of its people. The culture, knowledge sharing and ways of working should create high-performing teams capable of tackling the most difficult problems.

Over our 12 years of existance we have worked hard to build these things into our DNA. For eample, having a focused technology stack and detailed delivery methodologies means it is easy to deploy or expand a project team and have them working effectively from the very start.

Or consider our approach to knowledge sharing. Weekly meetings of our “Communities of Practice” provide safe spaces for engineers to discuss project challenges and learnings, and to receive feedback or advice from their peers. Common challenges then feed into our staff training plans. In this way the skills gained by our consultants organically track the market’s requirements.
